Reservations made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation being placed. All other reservations are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, Crewfare reserves the right to issue a full refund or move your hotel to the new event dates at no additional cost.
